Aufgrund unvorhersehbarer Umstände kann es zu Lieferverzögerungen kommen. Die Zustellung kleiner und mittelgroßer Pakete erfolgt durch DHL direkt bis an die Haustür. Die Lieferung erfolgt bei grösseren und bei Sammellbestellungen bis zur Bordsteinkante und wird auf einer speziell angefertigten Holzpalette bereitgestellt. Diese Palette ist Bestandteil der Lieferung und verbleibt beim Kunden.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
