TurnX is a patented egg-turning system from Cimuka that ensures gentle and consistent rotation of eggs throughout the incubation process. We offer complete TurnX systems as well as compatible accessories and spare parts. All components are designed for easy installation and reliable operation, providing optimal incubation conditions and maximum hatch rates.

Technical Features and Design

Modular Construction: All components (carriers, motor, turning unit) are divided into modules. The motor adapter is separate, allowing for easy installation or removal directly in the workspace without complex procedures.

High-Quality Materials: All carrier parts are made of stainless steel (SS304) to resist corrosion and wear from moisture and incubation conditions.

Maintenance-Free and Robust: The turning motor operates with low energy consumption (e.g., 12 W in many system versions) and is rated IPX6, making it resistant to dust and moisture.

Gentle Turning: Thanks to curved, specially designed carriers, TurnX minimizes vibrations and stress on the eggs, helping to prevent embryo damage and unnecessary strain.
