Shipping policy

Please note: Due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery delays may occur. Small and medium-sized parcels are delivered directly to your doorstep via DHL. For larger items or bulk orders, delivery is made to the curbside on a custom-made wooden pallet. This pallet is part of the delivery and remains with the customer. Please note that local pickup is not available; shipping is handled exclusively via our delivery partners.
