Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is made curbside (to the kerbside) and is provided on a specially manufactured wooden pallet. This pallet is an integral part of the delivery and remains with the customer.

Aufgrund unvorhersehbarer Umstände kann es zu Lieferverzögerungen kommen. Die Zustellung kleiner und mittelgroßer Pakete erfolgt durch DHL direkt bis an die Haustür. Die Lieferung erfolgt bei grösseren und bei Sammellbestellungen bis zur Bordsteinkante und wird auf einer speziell angefertigten Holzpalette bereitgestellt. Diese Palette ist Bestandteil der Lieferung und verbleibt beim Kunden.
