Aufgrund unvorhersehbarer Umstände kann es zu Lieferverzögerungen kommen. Die Zustellung kleiner und mittelgroßer Pakete erfolgt durch DHL direkt bis an die Haustür. Die Lieferung erfolgt bei grösseren und bei Sammellbestellungen bis zur Bordsteinkante und wird auf einer speziell angefertigten Holzpalette bereitgestellt. Diese Palette ist Bestandteil der Lieferung und verbleibt beim Kunden.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.
