Aufgrund unvorhersehbarer Umstände kann es zu Lieferverzögerungen kommen. Die Zustellung kleiner und mittelgroßer Pakete erfolgt durch DHL direkt bis an die Haustür. Die Lieferung erfolgt bei grösseren und bei Sammelllestellungen bis zur Bordsteinkante und wird auf einer speziell angefertigten Holzpalette bereitgestellt. Diese Palette ist Bestandteil der Lieferung und verbleibt beim Kunden. Eine Selbstabholung ist nicht möglich. Der Versand erfolgt ausschließlich über einen Lieferdienst.
